Brad Betts, “White on Blue,”

Gleason Fine Art Boothbay Harbor Gallery has opened two new shows, “John Sideli: The Sum of the Parts,” and  “Down to the Sea in Ships: Paintings by Brad Betts, Philip Frey, Loretta Krupinski, and John Neville.”

Brad Betts paints boats and harbors en plein air. His lush oils capture the beauty of a brilliant blue day on the ocean with light bouncing off boats and water. Betts makes the famous ship-building village of East Boothbay his home.
