Large-scale abstract oils from George Lovette’s Horizon series will be exhibited alongside John Tyler Pope’s copper masks at the Maine Art Gallery in Wiscasset, through Oct. 31. Also showing at the Maine Art Gallery is “All Things Wet.” This exhibit will run through October 23.

Maine Art Gallery Annual Member’s Exhibit Opens Oct. 27,  5:00 to 7:00 PM, with Gorham illustrator C.V. Smith signing copies of “A Swift River Anthology” by Dorothy  Johnson.
