Carver Hill Gallery shows new work by Adriance DeGroff and Laurie Goddard

“Push-Pull” by Laurie Goddard
Carver Hill Gallery in Rockland is please to show new work by Adriance DeGroff and Laurie Goddard in The Upstairs Gallery on First Friday, 5-8 p.m. on Sept. 7. Laurie Goddard’s new work is a continued reflection of time spent in Italy, Japan, the Middle East and her home in Western Massachusetts. Intertwined with observations of every day life, her visual narratives are distillations of the many cultures she has experienced in her travels. Adriance DeGroff’s new work is a realistic interpretation of “living still life” in the form of flowers and fruits, pastoral landscapes and portraits and figures inspired by goddesses, Divas and the Madonna. Carver Hill will also feature Megan Hinton, Jon Kolkin and David Estey as well as America Martin’s “Through the Eyes of America” solo show on the street level of the gallery.
