University of Maine Museum of Art in Bangor is once again partnering with the Bangor Art Society for Paint Bangor Day 2012. This free event will take place Saturday, Sept. 8 and is open to artists of all ages and skill levels. Stop by the Museum of Art at 40 Harlow Street anytime between 9-1 p.m. to register, and return with your artwork by 3 p.m. Artists and the public are invited to a 3- 5 p.m. reception at the Museum, where artwork may be viewed and bid upon in a silent auction.
