What’s for Dinner? Suppahtime at Waterfall Arts

Waterfall Arts

Everyone is invited to Suppahtime, an AAAAH event, on Friday, September 26 from 6 to 8 p.m. AAAAH is an acronym for Affordable All Ages Art Happenings with multi-sensory, immersive party-events for everyone, brought to you by Waterfall Arts and Bridget Matros, producer of memorable amusements for the masses. These events are part of Waterfall Arts’ community outreach, designed to give everyone access to cool, one-of-a-kind events

This one, SUPPAHTIME, is the no-holds-barred community dining experience you’ve been waiting for YOUR WHOLE LIFE. Mainers love pot lucks and community dinners… but most have unwritten rules about playing with your food. That’s no fun! Join us at our super-long dinner table where it’s ok to get a little wacky with your edibles! First course: make anything you like with one ingredient: Play Dough. Second course: “real food” pot luck. Bring something to share! Dessert: What can YOU create on YOUR plate, with a few sweet items? Prizes for most artful, structurally sound, and least appetizing creations!

AAAAH events, with all their wacky, creative fun are $5 for adults at the door, $3 for kids under 13, and crawlers get in free. All ages are welcome.

For Suppahtime, bring some supper-food to share, with a label. At this green event, we’ll supply the plates and silverware but you must WYOP (wash yer own plate). Don’t worry… that part will be interesting too.

Waterfall Arts is located at 256 High Street in Belfast. For more information visit waterfallarts.org or call (207) 338-2222.
